Improving weld quality can start with the following directions: operators, equipment, raw materials, processes and the environment.
(1) Standardize the operation of personnel and conduct systematic operation training.
(2) Adjust and upgrade the device. If there is a problem with the centerline deviation of the mold, consider adding a weld correction device that can help the device automatically track and monitor the positional relationship between the weld and the centerline during welding.
(3) The surface of the raw material is cracked or peeled.
(4) Process factors: Whether the replacement of the quartz tube of the bright annealing equipment is timely, whether the tungsten needle is used for a long time, and the water in the welded pipe is caused by the switch.
(5) Environment: Whether there is an impact of external processes on production. The pipe environment should avoid some environments with high humidity and high acidity. Some manufacturers set the pipe making workshop beside the pickling workshop, which not only accelerates the life of the worn equipment, but also has an adverse effect on the quality of the finished product.
2. Appearance quality does not meet the requirements
(1) Check if the mold is scratched on the pipe wall.
(2) Whether the inner and outer walls of the pipe are present or not. It is recommended to add a pipe cleaning device if necessary.
3. The length does not meet the requirements
It is recommended to install automatic digital length measurement. However, it is also possible that the electronic control system of the device has a problem, and the electrical signal cannot be fed back to the main system in time, so that the cutting saw blade cannot be cut in the correct length in time.
4. The quality of raw materials is not good
If the quality of the raw materials is not enough, it is recommended to check the inner and outer surfaces of the steel strip for cracks, folding, delamination, and peeling. It is recommended that the steel strip be chemically analyzed if necessary.
